“I double confirmed late check in was available with two phone calls. When we arrived at the property at midnight there was a sign up that said they would return at 6:30am. We repeatedly rang the doorbell and called the number and got no response. We had to leave at nearly 1am and try to find another place to stay. This was September 5 2026 and it was 103 degrees that day so sleeping in the truck wasn't an option.”

“Bathtub did not drain. We took a shower with the dirty water in the tub. It was past midnight and staff wasn't available.”
